We have many used and new firearms for sale in stock. As well as many accessories, optics and options for limitless customizations. If there is anything we do not have that you are looking for we would be happy to help you find it! 

If you find a firearm online that you are looking to purchase please make sure it is California compliant before having it shipped. If you have any concerns or need help placing your order please give us a call!

We may not be listed with all FFLs across the country but we will be happy to send any necessary documents to them when you place your order.

ID Requirements for Firearms Purchases in CA

New Handguns Purchases

We have many new and used California legal handguns available for purchase. California law currently only allows the purchase of 1 new handgun per 30 days. Required Documents for New Handgun Purchase ⁃ Current California ID with current address (Supplemental proof of citizenship needed if you don’t have a CA Real ID) ⁃ Firearm Safety Card ⁃ Proof of Residency For appropriate documents please see the above section. New Long Gun Purchases

We are happy to order a new gun for you or we frequently have used historic guns for sale. All new guns require DROS and there is a 10 day waiting period. Required Documents for New Long Gun Purchase ⁃ Current California ID with current address (Supplemental proof of citizenship needed if you don’t have a CA Real ID) ⁃ Firearm Safety Card For appropriate documents please see the above section. Private Party Transfer (PPT) for Handguns

We are happy to order you the new hand gun of your choice (CA Compliant of Course). You may only purchase 1 new handgun per 30 days in CA. Required Documents for New Handgun Purchase ⁃ Current California ID with current address (Supplemental proof of citizenship needed if you don’t have a CA Real ID) ⁃ Firearm Safety Card ⁃ Proof of Residency For appropriate documents please see the above section. Private Party Transfer (PPT) for Long Guns

Transferring a Long Gun between two private parties is not much different than doing a sale of a new gun. Both parties agree to a price and visit HHE to complete the transfer. Q: Do I have to do DROS when I buy a long gun ppt? A: YES the transfer must go through the DROS system Q: Do I have a 10 day wait? A: You will be waiting for 10 days unless you are a C&R /COE holder and the gun is a C&R rifle. Q: Do I have to pay tax? A: No PPT’s are not taxed. You will need to pay CA DROS and dealer transfer fees.
